General rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. If processing is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke this consent with effect for the future.

Rights in data processing according to legitimate interest

According to Art. 21 para.1 GDPR, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you on the basis of Art. 6 para.1 e GDPR (public interest) or Article 6 para.1 f GDPR (legitimate interest) for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on this basis. In the event of your objection, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can prove compelling grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

Rights in case of direct advertising

If we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising pursuant to Art. 21 para. 2 GDPR.

Collection of personal data when you visit our website

When using the website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. E-mail or contact form

When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, if applicable your name and your telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. If we use our contact form to request information that is not required to establish contact, we have always marked it as optional. These details serve us to concretise your inquiry and to improve the processing of your request. This information is provided expressly on a voluntary basis and with your consent, Art. 6 Para.1 a GDPR. If this involves information on communication channels (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number), you also agree that we may contact you via this communication channel in order to respond to your request. We delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary, or restrict the processing, if legal requirements are not met.

Applications

You can apply online to our company, in particular via e-mail or web forms. We will of course use your details exclusively for processing your application and will not pass them on to third parties. Please note that e-mails are not encrypted.

Data transmission
